SHIPPING INFORMATION

Here are some basic guidelines for shipping your equipment: 
1. Shipping label made out to:

Atlantic Systems Electronics, Inc.
24 Rockland St.
Hanover, MA. 02339-2226 
2. Suitable carton & packing material for shipping your electronics.
(See Packaging Information for further information)
3. A letter or work order containing the following information:
Your name and a telephone number where you can be reached during business hours. 
(Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm E.S.T.) 
Your home or your place of business' shipping address. 
Include as detailed a description as possible of the problem/symptoms you are experiencing and any circumstances leading to the failure, this will enable our technicians to diagnose your problem more quickly and efficiently. 
For warranty consideration please include a photocopy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase. 
Note: Although Atlantic Systems insures (through U.P.S.) all outgoing electronics shipments, any shipments you make to Atlantic Systems are not normally so insured. (U.P.S. includes $100.00 damage/loss insurance) We recommend extending the standard insurance offered by your respective package handler to cover replacement value in the event your equipment is damaged during transit to us.
